Our client seeks a Product Expert to join our Implementation team. In this hands-on role you will be responsible for onboarding new and existing clients that have purchased our services. We are seeking an individual that can work hand-in-hand with our clients, as product experts, to deliver on their business objectives. The individual must be extremely organized, can create project plans for customers while managing the internal processes and departments responsible for finishing those projects, has a passion for helping people, and truly has a can-do attitude.


Reporting to the Head of Implementation, you will be based in Irvington, NY. As an individual contributor focusing on building and supporting a world-class organization, you will:

  • Interact remotely and in-person with new and existing clients to ensure that the products and services they purchase are delivered successfully and on time
  • Advise and provide suggestions to clients based on their business objectives
  • Create and manage project plans for customers
  • Set customer expectations accordingly based on internal processes and available resources
  • Assign tasks to internal department needs based on customer project requirements
  • Provide high-level support on suite of products and services by guiding our global customer base in questions regarding, content, product navigation, and delivery
  • Ensure all opportunities for retention and cross-selling are identified and maximized
  • Strong ability to overcome objections and enthusiastically resolve customers' concerns
  • Verify all relevant procedures are followed from beginning to resolution
  • Actively seek out opportunities for self-improvement, keeping up with new product trainings and process knowledge
  • Make independent decisions to resolve customer issues with strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Support the sales process using your product expertise to help guide proposal creation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and reliability over the phone
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to listen, empathize, and effectively handle challenging customers in a professional and pleasant manner

Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent

Required experience:

  • 1-4 years of project management that is customer facing
